Niam Zoosiab is an elementary school principal who leads with faith, service, and a deep commitment to people. She has been officially serving the church since the age of 12 and continues to live out her calling through active leadership in her current church, where she serves on the Missions Team and Women’s Ministry Team.

Niam Zoosiab also leads a virtual Bible study, small group, and prayer group, creating spaces for connection, growth, and spiritual encouragement.

Professionally, Pa Sia serves as the principal of an elementary school, supporting staff and students through a vision rooted in care, collaboration, and purposeful leadership.

At home, she is a proud mom of two wonderful boys and is married to a loving and supportive husband who walks alongside her in both life and leadership.
